Use of the service

You agree to use SolarStack only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any quotes or assessments you produce and share with your customers.

Estimates and assessments

Solar production, savings and ROI figures generated by the platform are modelled estimates based on third-party data and the inputs you provide. They are not guarantees. Final figures should be confirmed by an on-site survey.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrestSync is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
